FRIED KING FISH & COCONUT RICE RECIPE

RICE IN COCONUT

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1. Rice
  2. 2. Coconut milk
  3. 3. Salt
  4. 4. Whole cardamon
METHOD:
  1. 1. Wash the rice and keep it aside .
  2. 2. On low heat add the coconut milk into a pot, cardamoms and some salt to taste .( 1 cup of rice equals 2cups of coconut milk)
  3. 3. Let the coconut milk boil then add the rice .
  4. 4. Cover the pot and let the water boil till all the coconut milk has been absorbed .
  5. 5. The rice will be fluffy .
  6. 6. Remove and serve .

SPICY KING FISH FRY

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1. Fish
  2. 2. Salt
  3. 3. Black pepper
  4. 4. Garam masala
  5. 5. Cumin
  6. 6. Currpowder
  7. 7. Tumeric
  8. 8. Chilli powder(optional)
  9. 9. Lemon juice 4 tsp
  10. 10. Cooking oil
METHOD:
  1. 1. Wash the fish, pat them dry.
  2. 2. Marinate with all the above ingredients for 30 mins.
  3. 3. Shallow fry till both sides are well done.

Serve with sauce, rice or fish or fries or ugali.
